The Case Manager/Career Navigator assists clients with reducing or eliminating barriers to gainful and stable employment. The ideal candidate will have experience and proven success works with participants to assess personal strengths, navigate educational and workforce options, and develop individualized plans to achieve educational goals, develop work readiness competencies, find work-based experiences, and secure and maintain gainful employment.

HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is a full-time, salaried, exempt position responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of the HR function, including but not limited to the creation, ongoing maintenance and execution of all HR practices, policies, procedures, and programs across the CEB organization. In addition, the HR Generalist will work with senior leaders, managers, supervisors, and colleagues to assist in cultivating a culture that: 1) attracts, retains, and develops strong talent, 2) provides colleagues the opportunity to be their best each day, 3) ensures a work environment aligned to CEB’s organizational values, and 4) assists CEB in delivering against its mission, vision, goals, and objectives.

Directory of Philanthropy

The Director of Philanthropy reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and directs the fundraising efforts for the Community Education Building (CEB). With a primary focus on the donor experience, the Director of Philanthropy serves to build an increasingly strong and diverse network of local, regional, and national investors, and increase financial investment in the CEB to support a dynamic and growing organization. In partnership with CEB leadership and volunteers, the Director of Philanthropy spends considerable time visiting with and stewarding individual and corporate investors, and prospects. This role will also oversee the day‐to‐day management of CEB fundraising infrastructure, including donor record management, stewardship, and reporting.

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager at the Community Education Building (CEB) is responsible for the implementation of CEB’s marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager manages CEB’s marketing process, from research and planning to execution and analysis. The Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position eligible for full benefits and onsite parking.
